Refund & Returns Policy

At Dupé Aleru and Davi Creative LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products, educational resources, coaching services, and customer support. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Digital courses
- E-books
- Guides
- Templates
- Workbooks
- Notion systems
- Planners
- Checklists
- Resource libraries
- Digital downloads
Once access has been granted, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided.
Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Physical Products
If physical products become available through our website, YouTube Shop, or other approved sales channels, the following policy will apply.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original condition
- Include original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable content
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Opened consumable products (if offered in the future)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, processing times may vary.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The incorrect product was shipped
- The item arrived damaged
- The item was defective upon arrival
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value items.
Coaching Services
Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ written notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be forfeited without refund.
Refunds are not provided after coaching services have been delivered.
Speaking Engagements
Speaking engagement deposits, cancellations, and refunds are governed by each signed speaking agreement.
Community Memberships
If paid memberships are offered in the future, cancellation policies will be displayed during checkout.
Recurring memberships may be canceled before the next billing cycle.
Unless otherwise stated, previously paid membership fees are non-refundable.
Technical Issues
If you experience problems accessing a digital purchase, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement download when appropriate.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of access to our products, services, and community.
